The LeanClean 360-2 model cleans two baskets side by side at the same time.
This provides thorough, more efficient cleaning, rinsing, and drying as well as easier loading than baskets which are stacked atop one another.
The Jenfab LeanClean 360-2 is a Front Loading Rotating Basket Parts Washer ideal for general parts washing, cleaning screw machine parts, machined parts, precision stampings and automotive stampings. It also provides critical cleaning of precision parts and orthopedic components. The 360-2 offers the most powerful ultrasonic cleaning action available through its advanced European tubular transducers with digital generators which offer over 95% output, more than what any other type of ultrasonic can provide.
Wash and rinse solution tanks are located below the cleaning chamber. During the cleaning cycles the solutions are filtered and recirculated on a continual basis into and through the cleaning chamber. The baskets rotate in solution as powerful water jets purge the parts with fresh filtered solution. The cleaning chamber is completely purged with fresh filtered solution nearly two times each minute which insures that even the most complex parts with blind holes are cleaned thoroughly. The continuous separation of chips and oil ensures a longer bath life.
The LeanClean 360-2 is designed to process two standard Jenfab baskets 12 x 20 x 8 or two smaller baskets, 12 x 18 x 6. The Jenfab baskets have three times the net volume of the smaller baskets. The chamber can also accept large parts weighing over 250 lbs. with dimensions of 24 x 20 x 8.
One of the most important advantages of the Jenfab LeanClean 360-2 is the baskets are loaded and cleaned side by side. Side by side loading provides better cleaning, rinsing, and drying than stacking baskets on top of one another. In addition to better cleaning and drying, the baskets can be loaded faster and the parts are cleaned and dried faster.
The Jenfab Super Dryer will dry parts other systems cannot. Our 3000 CFM recirculating air flow design dries up to two times faster at lower temperatures and will less energy than regenerative types. Additionally our recirculating design dumps less heat into the plant atmosphere which produces even greater benefits.
